The most recent annual feedback survey of former clients reported the following:

All respondents felt Allan was sensitive, respectful and empathic to their concerns and two thirds said he was excellent at this.

All those responding to the survey felt Allan provided good suggestions and advice to help them resolve their problems. 58% gave the highest rating of excellent.

The overall rating of the counselling: 8% Good, 58% Very Good, 33% Excellent.
